Herb N’ Life is a reggae rock band formed in Phoenix, AZ in late 2020 during the lockdowns. They dropped their first single “Stay Away” in September 2020 and their first full-length album “The Blue Album” in October 2022.

Winners of the Rome (Sublime with Rome) & Duddy (The Dirty Heads) podcast’s “Americas Got Talent” competition in November 2021, they were invited on the “Feelin Good with Duddy” podcast an episode after local legends Katastro.
